What we collect
- Details you choose to send us through the franchise enquiry form: name, mobile number, email, city, preferred area, planned investment range, hub space and any message you write.
- Details you share when you call, WhatsApp or email us.
This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and to discuss rentals or franchise opportunities with you.
Where it is stored
Franchise enquiries are stored in a Google Sheet and sent by email to the YuGO Rides team, using Google services. Access is limited to the YuGO Rides team.
Riders using our scooters
If you rent a scooter, we also process the details needed to provide the rental, such as your KYC information collected in the YuGO Rides app, payments, and vehicle data like distance, location and battery use. We use this to run the rental, measure distance, maintain and recover vehicles, keep riders safe, and meet legal requirements.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent where we rely on it, and raise a grievance. Some data may need to be kept where the law requires it or for an active rental.
