Own the fleet.Build the business.
Invest in an electric scooter rental franchise: own a fleet of EV delivery scooters and earn from the riders who use them every day. YuGO brings the riders, battery swapping, technology and settlement. You choose how hands-on you want to be.
Indicative figures from the YuGO Franchise Programme 2026, based on full deployment. Not a guarantee of income. Final terms are set by the signed franchise agreement and subject to territory availability.
An EV fleet business built around utilisation
Own productive EV assets and share in the recurring economics of last-mile delivery. This is more than buying scooters: the franchise bundles the asset with a local operating system for rider acquisition, deployment, energy, service and collections.
Demand
Quick-commerce and last-mile delivery riders need reliable, affordable vehicles every day.
Energy
Battery swapping cuts charging downtime and keeps riders earning, so scooters stay on the road.
Technology
Vehicle visibility, collections and controls are built into the model through the YuGO app, portal and IoT.

Grow your fleet, lower your fees
The YuGO Fleet Support fee per scooter falls as your fleet grows. Expansion is earned through performance: 50 → 100 → 150 → 200 → 500+ scooters.

Your territory
You get a defined micro-market rather than an unlimited city monopoly. Exclusivity depends on performance, and high performers can get the first right to expand into neighbouring micro-markets, subject to the final agreement.
Lead-shortfall protection: where the agreement includes a YuGO lead or deployment commitment, a service-credit or fee-reduction mechanism can apply if YuGO materially misses the agreed support level.

Franchise FAQs
How much does a YuGO EV franchise cost?
FOFO starts at ₹26 lakh for 50 scooters (fleet investment plus franchise fee), plus a refundable battery deposit of about ₹2.93 lakh. FOCO starts at ₹52 lakh for 100 scooters (deposit about ₹5.85 lakh) or ₹77 lakh for 160 scooters (deposit about ₹9.36 lakh).
What is the difference between FOFO and FOCO?
In both you own the scooters. In FOFO you run the local hub, staff and daily operations and keep the operating profit after YuGO's charges. In FOCO YuGO runs everything day to day; you provide space and utilities and receive 65% of gross rider revenue.
Do I have to buy batteries?
No. Batteries are leased from YuGO at ₹1,500 per battery per month (2,000 km included, then ₹1.25 per km), with a refundable deposit of ₹4,500 per battery. Plan for about 1.3 batteries per scooter.
Where do the riders come from?
YuGO's demand engine and campaigns generate rider leads for your fleet. In FOFO you convert and retain them; in FOCO YuGO does this for you.
How and when am I paid?
Rider payments are collected by YuGO, tagged to each of your scooters, and settled to you every 15 days against cleared collections, after battery, Fleet Support and spare-parts deductions. Everything is visible in your portal.
Is the payback guaranteed?
No. The payback periods (about 17 months for FOFO 50, 21–23 months for FOCO) are illustrative and assume full deployment at ₹6,600 per scooter per month. They exclude financing, tax, ramp-up and the refundable deposit. Real results depend on deployment, rider behaviour, collections and local costs.
Will I get an exclusive territory?
You get a defined micro-market. Exclusivity is conditional on meeting performance standards, and strong performers can get first right to expand into neighbouring areas, subject to the final agreement.
Which cities are available?
We're accepting franchise enquiries from across Maharashtra, including Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Nashik, Nagpur, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Kolhapur and Solapur. Territories are subject to availability, so tell us your city or area in the enquiry form and we'll confirm.
